This is the third in the series and they are all good reads! They are quick and easy reads. A Dr. with twins hires a army nurse for a nanny for Christmas. I find the title very confusing though. One the Dr. has twins not a single baby, and no other children are in the story. Maybe I missed something but to me the title is odd, however the story was still good. Minor typo etc errors. Although you do not have to read the first two I recommend it to get a true sense of the characters.
I enjoyed THE ARMY DOCTOR'S CHRISTMAS BABY by Helen Scott Taylor. This novella touched my heart...and the romance between Sean and Kelly developed naturally, beautifully, and gave me a happy dose of Christmas spirit. I thought the secret Kelly's hiding (see the book description) fit splendidly with the novella's main story line, and this only made Sean and his precious daughters more of a perfect match for Kelly. She needed him as much as he needed her. Heartwarming and sweet.

First let me say this is a good book. Mrs. Helen, u did a fantastic job writing this story. I was not expecting what I read but it turned out good.
This is a story of a women named Kelly Grace who wanted a baby and a family of her own but couldn't!! One of her best friends and his wife talked her into dressing up and singing Happy birthday to Col. Sean Fabian. After the party was over Sean invited Kelly to eat with him. All Sean needed was for someone to look after his twin girls and Kelly was that person. So what happens, Well guess you'll have to read and find out.
I just love this series. After reading Cameron's and Alice's story I was almost afraid to read another as all the Knight men were married. Would the family be mentioned again (yes I love the Knight family.) Yes Ms. Scott Taylor did it again. They weren't a huge part but they were there. She has a way about telling a story that you just get lost in it. Thanks for a great book.
This is actually my first book by the author and the first in this series. I picked it up when it was offered as a free download, and I am glad that it did. It is a sweet sentimental story of love with a backdrop of Christmas time; Sean a handsome widower with twin daughters of a year old, is still getting over the hurt of his late wife, and not sure if he can trust love again. Kelly is a army medic nurse, who has devoted her life to her job, traveling to remote locations to help others, trying to escape the one thing that she can't have. Sean and Kelly meet through mutual friends, and things take off from there. I enjoyed this story so much I am inclined to read more by this author.
The Army Doctor's Christmas Baby was a very quick sweet read.
Sean and Kelly are two people who need to let their past relationships go. Sean is afraid to open his hear to another woman since his former wife threatened to take his twins away from him and then she was tragically killed. Since that event happened, Sean has focused his life in two areas, one is work and the other is focusing on his twins. Kelly is now getting out of the army and trying to figure out what to do with her life. She meets Sean at his birthday party which was a set up from a friend of both hers and his. The two of them seem to hit it off.
Will to two of them take the chance on their growing feelings or will they be too afraid to take a chance?
Take the time to get to know Sean and Kelly. Their story is a very special one that should be shared.

Kelly Grace had agreed to her friends' Major Cameron Knight request-to sing a happy birthday greeting at the pub.
She was dressed in a swimsuit (it's winter) along with bunny ears and covered in a fur coat.
Colonel Sean Fabian had designed battlefield protocols for treating serious trauma cases and was world known as the best plastic surgeon.
She is an army medic and due to fly to Somalia after the holidays to help less fortunate children.
They become acquainted more at the party and after as he drives her back to the base. He's got twin girls just one year old.
She's agreed to take the job of nanny for 3 weeks til she leaves, by staying at his house and watching the girls rather than him leaving them in day care.
Liked hearing of the doctors work and how it can help others.
The story not only follows Kelly and Sean but Cameron and Olivia's child's birth.
They are able to share their secrets with one another and doubts that their relationship will continue.
